Exit Policy
Residents must follow house rules and maintain good standing. A resident may be asked to leave for any of the following reasons.
Repeated or serious rule violations.
Violence or threats toward others.
Possession or use of drugs, alcohol, or illegal substances on the property.
Nonpayment of rent or required fees.
Behavior that jeopardizes the safety or stability of the home.
Exit Process
Provide written notice to the resident.
Allow 24 hours for them to gather personal belongings.
Notify the referring case manager or agency.
Complete a final walkthrough with staff.
