RILG No Discrimination Policy
RILG enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward discrimination, harassment, or unequal treatment of any person connected to our organization. This includes employees, contractors, residents, and the veterans we serve. Every individual is entitled to fairness, respect, and inclusion in all aspects of our programs, services, and operations.
Policy Statement
RILG does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable federal, state, or local laws.
Scope
This policy applies to:
- All employees, contractors, and volunteers.
- All residents, participants, and veterans receiving housing or support through RILG.
- All aspects of employment, admission, participation, and access to services or facilities operated or funded by RILG.
Reporting and Enforcement
Anyone who experiences or witnesses discrimination should report it immediately to program leadership or the compliance officer. Reports will be handled promptly, confidentially, and without retaliation. Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action or removal from participation.
